Tantramar residents were initially excited to hear that the Sackville Memorial Hospital was getting a new doctor even after hearing it was an AI doctor. They even learned that wait times were drastically reduced due to this addition. But when residents learned out why service times were improving they started to get concerned.

“I visited the hospital the other day because I was upset about waiting 2 years so far for my knee surgery”, said Stacey. “I got in really quick to see the AI doctor but after telling him my concerns it recommended I apply for MAiD. It also asked if I was interested in donating my organs.”

Jimmy also had a similar experience. “I went to the hospital to get a prescription for my depression and that darn AI doctor referred me to MAiD! But I do have to admit the wait time was really low which was a nice change.”
