Mount Allison faculty and students have been having trouble around Tantramar determining who is and who isn’t a Zionist so that they can tell them they want a ceasefire and other important things they need to know. “I end up wasting a lot of time asking all these people ‘Are you a Zionist?'”, says Sarah Kardash, Associate Registrar at Mount A. “There should be a way to quickly identify them, which would save me a lot of hassle.”

Sarah says the idea of a yellow star just popped into her head one day. “I was thinking we needed something that would stand out, and yellow is a pretty bright colour. Maybe we could also have an armband of some kind. I’ll be presenting my idea at the next Town Council meeting, along with calling for a ceasefire in Gaza of course.”
